- no need for a fan and a sink, you can easily clock it up to 50Mhz and i've actually seen it done very
- successfuly, although it was on a Blizzard. i think you'll be successful in 'overclocking' the damn thing
- although i don't see it as overclocking cuz the processor can tolerate frequences up to 50Mhz, Motorola
- designed it that way. i have a 030 + MMU + 68882 clocked at 50 Mhz and it works fine. i guess you're right
- about them underclocking it, it makes perfect economical sense, you want a faster system then pay more.
- i just got my Blizzard 1260 board running @ 50Mhz just fine.
